1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Dr. Disrespect mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Dr. Disrespect LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You are not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction
- Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law or regulation
3. Account Registration
Certain features of the App may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@drdisrespect.app if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
- Use the App to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Circumvent any access controls or security features
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on the App
- Impersonate Dr. Disrespect or any other person or entity
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, video, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of Dr. Disrespect LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "Dr. Disrespect" name, likeness, and related marks are trademarks of Dr. Disrespect LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise exploit any App content.
6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App may offer in-app purchases or subscription plans. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store or Google Play settings.
7. User-Generated Content
If the App allows you to post or submit content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the App. You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DR. DISRESPECT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. Sections 5, 8, 9, and 11 survive any termination.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
